Founder/President of Girls on the Green Society
Khalilaa McDuffie
Born and raised in Tampa, Khalilaa McDuffie is a proud graduate of the University of South Florida, where she earned her degree in Education. She later completed her Master’s in Sport Management from Nova Southeastern University.
As the Co-Owner and Operational Director of 7th + Grove Hospitality Group, Khalilaa is passionate about empowering women in business and creating equitable employment opportunities for marginalized communities.
When she’s not curating the vibrant energy of 7th Avenue, you can find her actively serving as a member of the Junior League of Tampa Bay.
Our Story
Girls on the Green Society was born from a simple observation: women entrepreneurs needed a space that truly understood them—a sanctuary where ambition meets elegance, where business networking flows as naturally as a perfect swing.
What started as intimate golf outings among friends has blossomed into a thriving community of hundreds of remarkable women. Each member brings her unique story, her drive, and her passion for both business and the beautiful game of golf.
We’ve curated experiences at the most prestigious country clubs, hosted transformative wellness retreats, and facilitated countless partnerships and friendships. Our members don’t just play golf—they build empires, mentor the next generation, and redefine what it means to be a woman in leadership.
